Hardware and Device Specifications

Which hardware should we be using as the basis for this hackathon? the rules dont mention any restrictions on the Android TV Hardware, Android OS version or the device capabilities? Please clarify.

    You can find the actual AT&T TV device specs here: https://developer.att.com/att-tv/docs
    A comparable device would be a Sony Android TV, Xiaomi Mi Box S, or an Ematic AGT419 just looking at the specs for those devices. 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, Android 8.0 (API 26)
